ABOUT THIS CD

Crossroads is a brand new project in which a traditional ensemble as piano duet approaches a very unusual, sperimental and constantly evolving repertoire: a meeting place of musical styles and genres embracing Baroque, Progressive Rock and 80’s music, converging and forging new pathways, beyond the constraints of genre and era.
In a seamless flow, from Purcell and Hāndel to Genesis and Pink Floyd, from Bach and Pergolesi to Mike Oldfield, Emerson Lake & Palmer and Dave Grusin, these musical treasures reveal themselves anew, and surprise through resonances of common ground.
